The Bushcraft Bus are hosting Forage by the Castle at Dorset Adventure Park.
With spectacular views of Corfe Castle, you’ll be welcomed by the Bushcraft Bus team for a family-friendly introduction to foraging. With a 1.5-2 hour forage around Corfe, you’ll search for some seasonal wild foods, safely learn new skills, and have lunch cooked over the fire.
If you find some tasty edibles on your forage, they’ll cook those up too! All set in a beautiful location under the castle.

Event Timings
10:00: Arrival – please arrive for 10:00 in Dorset Adventure car park and we will direct you from there. You’ll see the bus!
10:30: Forage Walk! We’ll introduce foraging principles and explore the beautiful surroundings to see what we can find. If we find any of the tastiest edibles, we will cook them up at camp. We can’t guarantee what we’ll find – which is exciting!
12:30: Back at Base Camp we will boil the kettles, and as we heat up lunch we’ll go through everything we’ve found and talk about firelighting principles. Lunch will be a hearty soup and fresh bread.
14:00: With bellies full and new knowledge shared we’ll say our farewells!
