Younger Kids Parties

• Arrival time:
  • YOU MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SESSION TIME to allow time to check in and get changed if required.
  • If you are late, we will do our very best to catch you up or move you onto an alternative session, but this is at our discretion and we may not be able to do so.

• WAIVER – PLEASE COMPLETE THIS BEFORE ARRIVAL (Your waiver will be sent by email ahead of your session, or you can access here – Waiver).
  • All activities at Dorset Adventure Park are adventurous, with inherent hazards where accidental injury is possible. Dorset Waterpark Ltd takes all necessary precautions to ensure participant safety, but to minimise risks, participants should familiarise themselves with potential hazards and follow Dorset Waterpark Ltd’s risk management guidelines, available upon request and displayed at reception.All participants (even adults on sessions to supervise children) must sign a waiver, and for those under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver on their behalf and also be present at the safety briefing to provide verbal consent for the child to participate. Failure to complete an Acknowledgment of Risk Form or comply with its terms may result in the participant being prohibited from taking part in the activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Dorset Adventure Park will not be liable for compensation, consequential losses, or any other damages.

• Payments
  • Online Bookings – Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Party Bookings – A deposit payment of £100.00 is required on booking. The balance is due two weeks before your party.
  • If you cancel any booking more than 48 hours before your session, you are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit to use later in the same year.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.
  • Sessions will proceed as normal in the rain – after all, you’re going to get wet anyway! We will only cancel a session if lightning is detected within 5 miles or if winds exceed Beaufort Force 5. If we do need to cancel, we’ll provide as much notice as possible and offer you a refund or the option to reschedule. If you decide not to participate, no refunds will be issued.

• Photography:
  • Please note, you may unintentionally appear in some shots. If you prefer not to have photos or videos including your image used for promotional purposes, kindly inform our reception staff upon arrival.

• There are Restrictions and Medical Restrictions that may preclude participation.

  • If appropriate, inhalers and epipens and any other important medical equipment or medication must be easily accessible should you require them. You must make staff aware if you have any.

• Splash Castle Restrictions
  • Minimum child’s age –  2 years old
  • Maximum child’s age – 6 years old
  • Minimum supervising adult’s age –  18 years old
  • Maximum weight – 115kg

• What to wear
  • Children: Suitable swimwear required, swim nappies if necessary. Water shoes and socks recommended for comfort and grip. Aqua socks available to purchase from reception for £2.50.
  • Supervising Parents: Please ensure your shorts/clothing are free of metal buttons, zips etc. This could damage the inflatable when assisting your children/leaning against the inflatable. Water is up to knee height, so please wear suitable clothing. We recommend shorts/swim wear (You will get wet if you fall over – it happens to the best of us – so maybe a spare set of clothes just incase!) Shoes/flip flops are not permitted on the inflatable. Either bare foot (although this will be slippery), wetsuit shoes or aqua socks available to purchase at reception.
